Fido RBC bill payment

I have paid my Fido bill using RBC Bank account and paid to payee FIDO.

It is still not reflected in my Fido account. Please help.

Welcome to the community!

When making payments through your financial institution it can take 5-7 business days before Fido actually receive the funds.

Paying by credit card is the fastest way as it is processed right away.
