Issues with Support - Can not get a hold of anyone

Hi Everyone ,


I have been trying to reach a live agent for the past 6+ hours and have had no luck. I was able to get someone in sales but told me that only customer care could help and have been 


I would also like to point out that when I tried to do live chat , no live agent was available. Which is really disappointing to see as Fido has tried to filter consumers to use their chat , but their chat does not work .




I just wanted to post so that Fido support can see that their lack of support is not appreciated.





Hithere @kelzos so sorry to hear that you're having difficulty reaching a Fido customer service representative. I usually use social media accounts on Twitter or Facebook. You can find fidosolutions on Twitter. Here are all the various methods of contact. Hope that helps
