I want to know why fido canceled my phone number! I did not ask to have my number ported out at all. Listen to the call.
I will be using social media and the names of the executive officers found when you Google "fido CEO", to get my number back.
I have used their chat feature a few times but couldn't get a copy of it via email. I have called and begged for my number back.
One agent advised that he could make a case for me and sent my disaster to the Back Office... I've heard nothing.
Today's contact resulted in hearing, it's been ported out, it's been canceled, the number is with BELL, call them to ask for your number back. Why do I have to call BELL? I wasn't the one to give them my number...
I NEED my number back! I've been without a working phone for months now.
WHERE IS MY NUMBER and when will I get it back?
I am currently waiting for a call from a supervisor that is already past the time line I was given...

It sounds like you might have been a victim of SIM-swapping. Unfortunately, despite safeguards in place, some unauthorised number porting can still happen. If it was indeed SIM-swapping, they should be able to investigate. I understand you've already been in contact with them, however, since your issue deals specifically with your account and phone number, you would need to contact customer service. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
