Hi, Fido support I've tried accessing fido live chat since for the past 4 months once again for the month of October, despite having the phone bill suspended till January I've been charged 64 dollars instead of the monthly charge of 7 dollars.
I would appreciate it if someone got back to me about this issue and fixed this issue permanently, and if possible simultaneously tell me why Fido Live Chat doesn't seem to be working right now.

1. Switching your web browser.
2. Clearing your cache and cookies on your current web browser.
