I have been getting annoying text messages from Fido telling me that I have used up my data. I have not changed anything in the last 3 years in how I use my phone or iPad. Also the pandemic has kept me in my house. My devices are all connected to my wifi 24/7, so where does fido get the idea I have been using data? The only reason I can figure is that their systems are broken, again!

If you have WiFi assist enable that could be the reason why your data is being used, disable it if it is enabled.
