Hello, I'm a user of Fido.
I added ' Temporary suspension' from April 22.
I guess this service not allow me to use phone calls or texts, right?
Please cancel it as soon as possible.
I tried to contact the customer service center, but i couldn't make it.
So, please help me to use my phone as usual.

A temporary suspension would not allow any services to work and you will need to contact customer service to have the temporary suspension removed.
You can reach out to them through any of the available methods listed here within the permitted hours of the method.
