Fido DNS broke domain

Hi there - while on Fido DNS all "linkpop.com" links are broken, such as "linkpop.com/shopifysupport" - on both Fido home internet and cellular.

I replaced default DNS with Google's DNS on my router and can now connect to these sites, but it's still broken on cellular, suggesting it's a Fido issue. I tried this on iPhone (wifi&cellular), iPad, Mac running MacOS and Windows 10 -- definitely a Fido DNS issue as it's been fixed on wifi only since replacing the DNS. Been happening since last night. Cheers

@FidoKenny following up on this. all linkpop domains are still broken on Fido DNS which is over cable internet AND on cellular. If I set Google custom DNS 8.8.8.8. then I can connect to these domains over wifi.

This is a Shopify owned URL -- even Shopify Support has a Linkpop domain in their Twitter bio: https://twitter.com/ShopifySupport

Here is a Shopify website describing how Linkpop is one of their properties.

It is nuts that I cannot continue to use a Linkpop domain for my business because my customers might be on Fido. This really should be resolved.

linkpop.com links still broken on the regular DNS — and since I cannot change DNS on cellular, it's broken while off wifi.

Hello @Ekf and thank you for sharing this with the Community.

While modifying the DNS on Fido device is not possible, we definitely appreciate your feedback and will share this with our support team.

Keep in mind that certain websites can be restricted for security purposes.
