I have beed trying to reach fido Customer care for over a week now. I have Fido phone and internet both. I am so frustrated right now with Fido that i have decided to cancel both the services and go to any other company that has a customer service where i can reach at when i need something. This is so pathetic. A phone company without having a functional customer service for so long seems like a scam company now.

That's definitely not what Fido wants you to think, due to the current situation getting through might be longer than usual.
Fido does have a call back feature that you can take advantage of and you will receive a call back when it is your turn.
Since you have a Fido mobile just dial *611 and you will be connected, if you are having technical issues with your Fido internet you can call 1-888-236-FIDO (3436).
