Fido Cuatomer Service Hours

Two different customer reps told me that they will be open till midnight and when I call them at 10 PM the machine says that the hours of operations are only till 9 PM. It is annoying as it was on the same day I call them that they tell me they'll be available to help but are not there.

Sorry that the agent you spoke to was not clear, while phone support hours are weekdays 8 am to 9 pm & weekends 9 am to 5 pm the live chat support is available until 12 am (weekdays 8 am to 12 am & weekends 9 am to 8pm)
