To answer your question, yes you can have both account showing up on your online account and Fido app.
Since the Fido internet and your phone service are on 2 separate accounts, you can switch from one to the other on your My Account.

Are both accounts under your name?
The reason I ask is that they do have to be linked in our system for you to see both on My Account. To look at your accounts to check, you'd have to contact us here or request a PM from the community.
