Fido 10 extra gbs of free data not working

my plan has always had 18 gbs of data, and I claimed the 10 gb of free bonus data last month. It said it would apply next billing cycle. Last month when I claimed it, I went from 0.3/18 gbs to 10.3/18, a pleasant suprise. Yesterday, my billing cycle got reset, but I am still only have a max of 18 gbs. Where has the 10 extra gbs gone?
