Fide mobile app stopped working

It has been working fine. But recently, I can't log in any more with the right credentail while I can on my computer without any issue. I can see some other people are also complaining. Any idea?

Good morning @cheolsoonim , if your app has been working fine and then suddenly stopped working, first off I would make sure the app has the latest version by chrcking for updates, then you could proceed to removing the Sim card and restart the phone then re install the Sim card. If neither works to let you sign in on the app, then a call to technical support is in order. You may reach out by any of the methods mentioned Here
