I have an urgent complaint. One of your company's employees called me two days ago. He gave me a special offer (8 GB/$ 52.25 per month) and he told me that there was a 25% discount. He also gave my sister an offer (4GB/$ 45 per month) with a 10% discount. But I was surprised yesterday that this offer was never made and that the initial bill amounted to $212, and my sister's account was not separated. If this is not remedied, I would regret to return to the Virgin company. Thank you
