FREE 5GB bonus data

So I don't see the free 5GB bonus data added in my account? From where I m able to apply it? Because the message I got earlier saying that it is going to be started on my next bill and every month after and I accepted it. My data plan is 15GB a month, it should be 15GB+ 5GB with the bonus data, yet it shows what I got is 15GB in my FIDO apps/ account. Can someone help me with this?

I had the 1gb free forever 2 years ago. then got the 10 gb free 15 months ago just expired Feb 2023. last month got the 5 gb free forever. thus . 6gb free forever for 25$/month.  3 mini vm. ul Canada wide call and sms.  caller ID. call waiting.
