FIDO theft

Fido is a theft company. I went to the USA. My Fido phone did not work. They charged my phone $330.00 and canceled my service while I was away. It was necessary for me to buy an American phone and pay for USA service with Boost.  Although I was on automatic payment they took $330 from my account even though they had stopped my service. When I returned to Canada I switched to Bell. Fido continues to charge me for phone service even though they stopped my service 4 months ago.

Fido is a gangster corrupt organization. I had 20 conversations with Fido and Bell/ Best buy spoke with  10 different departments. Result: $330 was stolen from my bank account when I had no service and continued to charge me although I switched phone companies 4 months ago. You BASTARDS steal from people and think that they will not fight back. How many millions do you get every year from this criminality?  I WANT TO GO TO COURT AND THE NEWSPAPERS so people will know your company and bankrupt you. Corporate thieves are the worst!

Hi @amerrescue. This definitely doesn't sound right. To start, there is no way for us to charge you if you no longer have services with us, did you maybe forget to contact us to cancel your line ? We're truly sorry to see what you are experiencing and the idea you are getting from us. We can assure you that this is definitely not what we aim for. Please reach out to us by any of our service methods which you can find here and we will be more than happy to assist you and look into this.
