I hope you're all well! I have had many difficulties contacting Fido, starting from the very beginning. I have waited on hold on the phone many times and the line has been cut off. I used Jack and various other ways but none of them got me set up. Finally i had to go to a Fido store to get my SIM and get set up. I was told very explicitly that i wouldn't be charged a set up fee because this was a Win Back offer. Then i got charged way more and this included a set up fee. I paid most of the bill out of goodwill but have left some unpaid as a way of alerting Fido know that there was an error on their part. I have been trying and trying to address this using the various communications tools that Fido has and none of them are actually effective. I am ready to leave the company because the communication has not been easy and wasted my time AND because the deal that i was offered seems not to be honored.
I have been told many times that the Win Back team would call and there have been no calls.

Have you tried to message them from Facebook? They have an entire Social team that answers questions from there. Worked for me a few times.
