Extremely Disappointed in Fido

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max from Fido on January 30th, and received a confirmation email telling me I would receieve a shipping notice within two days - it's been a week now, and I called Fido today to only receive the news that the order was cancelled without my consent or being notified because of fraud management, and now the phone is no longer in stock. Extremely dissapointed, and I will be taking all of my lines elsewhere. 

 

Buyers beware of Fido, would not recommend.
