Fido Website (Account customer service - Contact us | Fido) states the phone lines and the Live Chat is open from 9am-5pm on Weekends. It is now Sunday at 10am and neither the phone line or the Chat line is open.
I'm startng to see a pattern here. So making rediculous errors on my bill - making rediculous errors on their website - etc...
Is there anyone working for Fido that actually cares about the company or their customers?
Oh I forgot the punch line. When you call them, their opening message states that they are open from 9am to 5pm on weekends. They make you listen intently and press numbers until you find the right area, then enter your phone number and pin, and then get told that the office is closed and for us to call them back weekdays 8-12 or weekends 9-5. It's 10am right now, but apparently that does not matter. They're too busy to inform customers when they are really available.
