Extra charge for long distance

I have been using Fido for 2 years. My Fido plan has 1000 long-distance minutes. Fido has charged $40 for long-distance calls, even I did not use my full 1000 minutes. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and waive the extra charges. Thank you.

  Sorry to hear you've received unexpected charges on your account. Are you aware that those 1000 minutes are only to certain Countries? You can view the included Countries here. Is it possible those charges could be for calls to Countries not included in those minutes?


  You should also note that many of those promotions are not available on an account indefinitely. Since you've been with Fido for two years, it's possible the 1000 International minute promotion has ended on your account.


  If you would like to discuss those charges, you would need to contact customer service.
