Express pickup support

Nov 29 th i upgraded my phone through the fido website and got the processing order email for express pickup. I havnt heard anything since no pickup notice or anything.  

i can provide order information in a followup

Just to add I cant get throught to customer support either.

We're sorry to learn that you've had a hard time getting through customer care.

Our support channels are busier than usual which is causing an additional delay before reaching them. Though rest assured we're all working hard to get back to everyone! 

 

We do have different channels for support other than the phone. We do suggest you reach out via other channels which as listed here for support!

Thankyou for getting back to me. After my express pickup being cancelled with no notification. I decided to re order an have it shipped.  The problem is now purolator wont deliver the phone due to an incomplete address . I still cant get a hold of anyone from fido.  Its just frustrating.

Just pushing this thread to the top, so I can gather information on Fido customers having their web orders cancelled when they chose express pick up.
