I took advantage of a great deal on Black Friday, got the new phone I wanted and a plan that is fine. Today i noticed I have an Exclusive offer in the app that's better than the one i just signed up for. What gives?

Here's what I'm being offered: 9 G /$45 month.
New phone is the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G that, annoyingly, won't connect to Andriod Auto. Heading to the car dealership tomorrow to see if they can help problem-solve that or if the phone is the issue.
