I am getting this exclusive offer in my account. I'd like to take it as it seems the iPhone is free but looking at the details, the highlighted line says $'undefined'/mo. Would it be safe to assume I will only be paying ~$63 for the plan + iPhone 12 mini? I checked with Fido customer service but they're saying they dont see this offer under my account.

From what I see from the screenshot that you shared, these are the applicable fees:
$70 for your regular monthly plan
$37.42 for the monthly financing on the device for 24 months
-$9.50 credit on the monthly financing for 24 months which gets applied towards the price of the plan
Therefore the total monthly charges are:
plan: $70
credit -$9.50
financing $37.42
=$97.92 + tax
