Error for online order and upgrade pending

I did an online order for an iPhone 12 mini (black Friday deal) and got an error message. I tried again and it said that the upgrade is pending, but I did not receive any confirmation email. How can I check if the status of the order went through?

Hello, I also tried ordering iphone 12 mini, I go through the whole process and it gives me and error at the end. I tried it 3 different times. I am not sure sure what wrong.

Did you try through a different browser and/or clear your cache and cookies?

Update: I got the confirmation email yesterday and the order went through!

the exact same thing happened to me this morning with the Black Friday deal. Super frustrating because I don't know if it actually went through or not.
