I was pressured to buy a phone I DIDN'T want... That was 6 months ago and I still don't like this phone. Contract has another year and a half on it... ( do I need to make a complaint to upper management?)
I have been with FIDO for over 20 years and have never had such a bad experience...
Any suggestions?

Hi @Yvonne4,
You can make a complaint if you want, will it resolve anything? Honestly, the chances are slim.
Usually, when someone is getting a new phone they pretty much know what they want. It's hard to believe someone was pressured into getting a phone they did not want, don't get me wrong I'm not doubting you I'm just merely stating how it looks.
Fido does have a 15 days satisfaction guarantee in which you can exchange the phone or completely return it if you wish but that is not an option for you at the moment.
You can end the contract if you wish but you will have to pay off the balance of the phone.

Thank you for your reply. I'm just seeing this now. Lol .. I just wasn't told my notes wouldn't be carried over from the old phone and I should have kept my old phone as I had medical info on there for my child. I trusted the woman who told me everything got moved over. ( More fool me!) Anyway I'm back to a better phone and kept my old one!
