I just recently added another line to my account for my mom and I was asked for her name and current phone number. Fido sent her an email with the plan details and I'm wondering how they got her email? I chatted with someone and all they kept telling me was that it was only sent to my email. I said she showed me her email and it was sent to her too. The rep replied with "nope." Is there anyone that can help me understand how Fido got her email?
