I recently upgraded my device and am still within my 15 days. My early upgrade fee has already been applied to my account. I'm just wondering what happens if I want to return my device. Am I still on the hook for the early charge, or does it revert back to my previous agreement?

Hey @Stickyjonz,
If you return your device within the 15 days Satisfaction Guarantee, all the charges and credit applied during the upgrade will be reversed. The old agreement will also be put back on your account, as well as the subsidy. This means that the subsidy charge will be reversed and put back on to the agreement.
Keep in mind that the return must be done through the original point of purchase and you need to return all items of the original purchase, meaning the original box and all of its content.
