Downpayment for Phone Not received Fido

Hi Team,

I had paid a downpayment for the device iPhone 16pro max the money was debited from my account. I paid using the official app. But it not reflecting in Fido payment record. Money was deducted from my account I have bank statement as well. Because of that Fido is asking to pay again. What to do I have reached Customer care many times. No resolution

  Welcome to the community!

 

  I understand you have paid a downpayment for a device. From what you note, it appears that you made payment through your bank. You should note that it can take a number of days for Fido to receive the funds depending on method of payment. In your particular case, the downpayment will be applied to your account after around 5 days (see here and here). If you had made payment via online banking, that could be the reason the system still shows the downpayment owing.
