Downgrade my plan with bill credit

Hello, i am thinking to downgrade my plan since not that much data is needed when i stay home for most of the time apparently, the problem is i have a 2 yrs contract device and a $20-ish bill credit applied as promotion, so could anyone help me to clarify if i downgrade my plan will the bill credit still apply to my new monthly fee? Thanks a alot!

Hey @fido2869

Are you currently on a contract with a subsidy (you only pay for your plan) or with a financing (you see a separate charge for the phone on the bill). If you're on a financing and you're getting the discount as part of the financing, you're good. If you're on a contract, it would be better to contact us before making the change.
