Hi,

On 2019/06/18 I made a FIDO plan. However, this weekend the data package ended unexpectedly and when I checked the usage, I noticied that only 3GB were contracted.

But at the store the day I bought it, I hired the 3GB + 3GB service for $ 69 / month, because below that I had no interest.

 

My question is why it was not made as requested since I bought it in the period with the double the date?

And why am I paying $ 79 / month instead of $ 69 / month?

 

I sent the situation by email and support but unfortunately no response.

I honestly expected more from FIDO.

I request an answer as soon as possible, pls

This is definitely an odd situation as the bonus should be there and shouldn't be removed.

Hello Fido forum,

I agree with Suelensdf. I do not understand why Fido allows these errors and does not respond properly. If the goal is to just sell the plan and not worry about the after-sale I think they are on the right way. I also have requests that are several days still unanswered.
