Hello, I recently upgraded my device to a $60 medium plan. The person in store confirmed me additional 2 gigs of data but I don't see it online under my account. Does it take time to reflect or is there anything I have to do to get it reflected on my account?

There can sometimes be a delay for the account changes to reflect online. Did you receive a confirmation email about the bonus data?

I called the store and they fixed it for me.
