Sorry to hear your phone screen has cracked. Do you have Device Protection on the device (see also here)? I understand the phone might still be under warranty. However, screen damage usually isn't covered by warranty. That said, Fido does have their Repair Program.
If your phone is covered by Device Protection, you should be able to initiate a repair claim via your My Account. On the other hand, if your device is not covered by the protection, you could visit a Fido store or contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. They should be able to provide your local walk-in repair location.
