Hello, i have been having problems with our account since January 2022
We've spent over 30 hours on the phone with Fido since then
We upgraded our plans in March 2023 and they screwed up the billing
We have been waiting since March for them to correct it
They do not honour the call back...if they call back at all, it's usually one or two weeks later, and then I reiterate all the issues, they say they're going to call me back and they don't and I start all over again
I would really like to escalate our situation or at least speak to someone with some authority and hoping I might be able to get a contact number in this forum
