Do I need to pay extra fee to pick up incoming call while roaming

I receive  a call and pick up in roaming destination.

My question is whether Fido charge international fee to my bill or not (rather than daily roaming fee).

If you have the Fido Roam then you will be charged the daily roaming fee for answering the call on the other hand if you had opted out of the Fido Roam you will be charged the pay-per-use rate.
