Discrepancy in usage tracker

My plan says I have 7 gbs this month after I added 4 gb of data to my plan.. fido is now telling me that I went over my limit but according the website it says I still have over a 1gb of data remaining

Just to make sure that I understood correctly, did you get a notification that you were over your data but the usage tracker online is showing that you still have 1 GB left?
