I was a customer of Fido for over 6 years. But when I ask for competitive deals, which none of your loyalty department can offer, the surprising thing is that they let me go with another service provider without trying to offer anything. It was really disappointing to be a Fido customer for so long and be treated that way. At one point, I used to be proud to be a Fido customer and recommend it to other family members and friends, but I feel like that was a mistake on my part.

Also, if the comment FidoSaad was suppose to be received. Maybe at least know, your forum isn't as functional as you think it is, and sure, probably a bit better run than the contests, but sure.

Hello @dev_6,

 

Sorry to hear that you had to leave but sometimes if you are getting a better deal elsewhere then there is nothing you can do but to go for it. In general, Fido does not price match plans but offers/promotions are always changing and not always they would be able to offer a better deal than the competitor.

 

When looking at other providers you also have to look at the service they offer because not all would offer the same service and that's why it can be cheaper.
