Hi Fido!
You have been a very good dog 🐕 for such a long time - and I have been with you for many years (about 15)
Recently my partner was offered a good plan with a competitor (🐒🐇🐷🐥 ) at a very good price (noting that he was currently with said competitor). So, I checked on your site, and you are also offering this wonderful plan to "New" customers. However, I was thinking that since I have been a very good long time friend 😁 of yours and never cheated, I may be able to get a similar plan for my loyalty (good dogs are known for this trait!)
I contacted you on-line as well as on the phone and unfortunately the ONLY plans you could offer me for my loyalty were more expensive plans 💲than my current one! I asked if maybe I could speak to a loyalty department (a Top Dog lets say) but was told that no one at the Fido Kennel Club 🐶 could help me get a better deal. This was very disappointing , bad dog!
I wanted to let you know personally but I could not find a customer service e-mail contact, only this forum. I fear it may be time to leave you (believe me, I am a dog lover and would never abandon my pets to the shelter) and hey, I know business is business, but this dog stinks 💩
So, if we can go to the dog park and talk about this, I'd love to hear from you !🐾 👋😢

Hi @rlef , we're a community forum here and cannot assist with an account issues. Having said that, you can call *611 from your device and request to be transferred to retentions. You may be able to obtain an acceptable plan from there. If there's no satisfaction by doing that, then you can weigh the pros and cons between staying or switching to the other carrier.
