I called customer service and asked for a plan under bring your own phone. I have two lines with fido. My husband gets 30 gb for $60 and then said offered me 17 gb for $55. What a joke. Both lines are under one account. That doesn't make sense at all. I asked the customer service lady kindly to explain and she said " that's how it works". Very disappointed.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed you can always change to any eligible in-market plans at any time.
Fido does offer plans that are targeted to specific lines, you can have an account with multiple lines and the offer can vary between lines, and its based on multiple criteria like usage, time of activation it can also be random.
