Hi i just want to share my experience with fido service this morning.
Dian showed she wants to help to solve my problem, she is pleasant over the phone and very professional as well!!
I cancelled my phone , but is back on with fido because of her care to listen and find out if there is another way that would benefit me as a customer and as well fido...
I hope good customer service personnel like her would get praised, and she will stay happy and pleasant and pass on the joyness
