Device protection plan

I tried to add device protection plan after y phone purchase, however i tried on same day and while i was on call customer service agent mentioned they are not able to process it. Any idea what's going wrong with it?


Good morning @Vainhavc welcome to the community. Adding device protection is possible up to 60 days from date of purchase see Here 

I would suggest contacting customer support again if you fall within the 60 day window. Try sending a dm on Twitter to fidosolutions and place a request. Through this link Support
