Where do I begin?
I have spent over 8 hours on the phone (4 separate phone calls) with customer service. I'm done calling.
I bought a phone in november. I put $733 down as a déposit.
The phone went on sale in december, new credit monthly + no deposit. Ok great. Contacted Fido, they said "yes no problem, we will price match". I asked for a refund of the $733 - "sure no problem"
Its Feburary. I have not seen this refund.
Not only that, now I get a myserious extra charge of $57 for no reason on my account.
This is insanity.
I have filed complaints with the CCTS and with Visa. Next step is going to the press.
I'm am on this message board to spread the word. Every time I call I end up with additional charges instead of a refund.
This is a warning. DO NOT BUY YOUR DEVICE THROUGH FIDO. Worst service I've ever dealt with.
