i was tricked into getting 2 new samsung S10+ and my device balance of $145 will be waived of my previous samsung A8 which i had since april 2018 for my wife and i,only to get my new bill saying i owe $308 and my wife $256 from a fido store in st laurent mall in ottawa,i was told i qualified for a free upgrade and a waiver for my old device balance......why does fido have to scheme customers to sell their products? This is fraud!! I wouldnt let this slip away just like that,this time around

Would you be able to provide some clarification as to the reason that the remaining balance from your previous device was to be waived? Was this an in-store promotion that you were offered? Do you have your agreement? Is this something that is documented on the agreement?
