Where do I go to see my device balance?

Hello @eraffel2892,

If you login to MY ACCOUNT on fido.ca click on the number you need the info for, on the next page look under the MY DEVICE section on you right and you will see the device balance.

Alternatively, you can check it on the My ACCOUNT mobile app, launch the app tap on PHONE and you will see the device balance.
