Delivery issues

Hi,

I upgraded my phone a few days ago and it was supposed to be here by now. I tried calling ups and the lady said shed call me back with an answer but she never did. I then e mailed them and was told by a man that he told the driver to call me before getting here so I can come down and receive the package because my buzzer doesn't work. I waited for 2 days and now it days that they tried to deliver it but they never called. My current phone screen is cracked and hard to use so I really need this phone. I don't know what to do I emailed the guy back and haven't received an answer yet.

Did they leave a delivery notice card? It would usually show where they left your package and you should be able to schedule a pickup.
