Deleting my account... apparently?

Hi,

 

I'm trying to buy a new phone online from you. Had an existing account from way back, but the site has an aneurysm when I try to "upgrade" to a new device, works just fine when I'm not signed in. Says My Account's been cancelled anyways, so could you please either delete it so I can start over (preferred) or reactivate it so I can hurry up and buy a phone? Posting here because your Help number listed is deactivated and your Live Chat crashes everytime (great endorsement...).

Have you tried clearing your cache and deleting your cookies? It should help with an issue like this.
