I'm trying to buy a new phone online from you. Had an existing account from way back, but the site has an aneurysm when I try to "upgrade" to a new device, works just fine when I'm not signed in. Says My Account's been cancelled anyways, so could you please either delete it so I can start over (preferred) or reactivate it so I can hurry up and buy a phone? Posting here because your Help number listed is deactivated and your Live Chat crashes everytime (great endorsement...).
