Delay on receiving SMS

It has been a few days since I were aware of the issue. It takes 10 to 30 minutes to receive a verification code from login websites, not from the same sender, from different senders I experienced same issue. There was delay on receiving my friends' SMS as well. I rebooted the phone hope it may fix the issue, but it did not. Please advise.

I am sorry to see you're experiencing difficulties with your authentication messages.

Can you confirm if you're able to receive all of your other text messages within a regular delay?
