I have recently moved my office to near Leslie St and 16th Ave in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Upon working there, I find my LTE network often get dropped off and even when I am able to connect, the speed is very slow.
As I pay more attention to this matter, I find that the deadzone started from Woodbine (East) to Spadina Road (West) along 16th Ave seems to have similar problem.
I have tried turning off and on the phone, closed all the apps and turning cellular service off and on as well. But none of them seems to be able to fix the problem.
I checked the coverage map and it is within coverage, and I did try to get signal on the street (not inside the building, worried the building might have interference), but the result remains the same.
Therefore, I hope Fido can assist with related to this matter.
