Deactivated Account, so Can't call from outside country to reactivate

Unfortunately, last month I neglected to pay my prepaid account, and now that I'm overseas (Mexico) and trying to pay for it, I cannot access the credit card logo in order to enter my number, etc.

Heeeelp!  I tried phoning the outside US & Canada number, but the Mexican phone system seemed to reject it, although I couldn't understand what was said.  I suspect that because the account has been deactivated, I cannot enter the necessary credit card information, and the call has been rejected by Fido?

Really need help to reacivate that account.

Sounds good - but only for those who have a Facebook or Twitter account, something I've managed to avoid.  Email and my Fido have been enough.
