Data overage / top-up

I have bought two top ups. 3gbs and a 1.5gb just today and yesterday. My app says I have over 6.5 left for two days and I just got a message saying I have went over on my data. I will be calling tomorrow. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

If you added data top-ups they should be reflected on your Fido app and usage should be tracked in real-time.

 

Did you make any changes to your plan this cycle other than the top-ups? If so, it may affect what the app shows until a new bill cycle starts.

 

That said, which message did you receive? Was it a warning of 90% or 100% or was it a message that you were over by $50? Also, can you try calling *3337 from your Fido phone to see usage? Does it match what the app says or does it say that you have used up your data?
