Actually i brought a new samsung galaxy s9 plus in fido store in Rideau Mall . They told me that i can get a free back case but everytime i go they are saying the cases are over . This is not the answer i am expecting from you . Would be happy if you provide me with one .

This doesn't sound like the kind of experience we want any of our customers to go through. Do you know if this offer was part of a special ``In-Stores``promotion? 

Was it something that was advertised at this particular location?

Yes sir they told me that it would be given as an offer i already went three times they are saying the cases were over and i can clearly know that they are not genuine . So arrange that if possible i believe yours is a good community and would work on it

To claim your offer, it will be important to contact the store in questions, since they can have their own promotions.

Do you have a receipt on your end that confirms that they offered you an accessory?
